  Myself and my husband recently bought 2 Specialized road bikes from the Ipswich branch of Thomas's Cycle Revolution. Our knowledge of what we wanted was quite basic although we had read up on a few bikes before going in. We found the staff to be extremely helpful, explaining everything carefully and showing us which bikes would suit us, and why. We had total confidence that we were being sold the right bikes for us, which was backed up further when we read the online reviews of the bikes when we got home. We collected the bikes this weekend as agreed, and they were ready and waiting for us. The staff set us up on them, and even showed us the 'correct way' of putting them in the car! Sounds silly but it was a good tip. We have just been out on the bikes for the first time and they are truly fantastic!! Over all, the service was brilliant, the bikes are brilliant and we are looking forward to many years of great bike riding along with buying more and more from the shop no doubt!!

  On new years eve my lock malfunctioned so i look on line. I have enough time to either go here or to town between my homecare visits. I always prefer to go to the independent retailers. So i look on line and it says they are open today until 4pm. So i get there to find they're shut new years eve and new years day. I now don't have enough time to go elsewhere. Because of my work commitments I won't be able to get a new lock until Tuesday. So I've got to go TWO DAYS without a lock. I'm a homecarer I cycle 25+ miles a day I have up to 18 visits a day. My bike is my lifeline. Without it I don't work. SO CYCLE EVOLUTION. NEXT TIME YOU SHUT CAN YOU PUT IT ON LINE. NOT that I'll be going there again. In future I will go to elmys
