  Loved It! The staff were kind and friendly, they treated me like royalty. I Had no issues in delivery whatsoever. They even came in for a cup of tea after the delivery. Would go here again. Fully Recommend.

  horrendous company and horrendous service Ordered carpets and furniture from them in January for last week March delivery. Carpet fitters arrived but had no grip with them as it had not been put onto the order, they refused to go to Colchester and back so carpet could be fitted that day. Was told that they could not get anyone else out until 5 days later. eventually fitted Contacted them today with regards furniture delivery as had heard nothing only to be told that they unable to do anything until at least 21st April. Tried to book def delivery date to be told I couldnt as they cant guarantee even getting it into warehouse by 21st. Was also told that I could not cancell the order as they dont do cancellations and that i had no option but to wait. Never again.
