Had an email stating it was ready for collection along with ANOTHER email showing it in the sale!!..Despite this I was charged the full price, as the 'codes for sale' didn't 'match up' !!..EXACT same hat!!..The cheek! Another issue was returning a purse that had, it split & I was told that after 2 months I had had 'fair use' of it. I had to quote the sale of goods act & was, eventually, given a refund!
