  Angry and disappointed at the service department. Daughter brought her car to me with clutch pedal on the floor and a grinding sound from rear brakes. Sounds strange as it’s recently been serviced. I told her to phone Kia Ipswich. Only to receive a rude chap who cared not. My daughter was told “we may be able to fit it in next week, but if we find nothing wrong you will owe us £350!” When she asked the mans name he was reluctant in giving it. But did in the end with persistent asking and his hole attitude changed. She phoned me upset so I called the AA. Nice man said rear brakes worn and he adjusted the clutch. Told us not to drive because of defective brakes. He towed the car to John Grosse Kia next door to marshals Kia. The service was brilliant and reassuring. They cared! In June it’s time to change the car. Guess where we will be going. We are not sure if Kia is at fault or one person in the service department but they have lost a good customer.
