  Took our caravan here for service last year - told us it was ready I traveled all the way from Cambridge to collect it and then waited for over two hours; then they gave me a list as long as your arm about what was wrong with it but didn't do anything about any of it; didn't even replace the battery in the smoke detector - I was then left to find somewhere else to sort it all out and they then presented me with a £300 bill for the privilege. I was then left to hook up on my own as they all shot off to go home - as I drove away the side locker came open on the approach to the A14 as they hadn't bothered to check it was secure. I could offer an opinion but I won't - these are simply the facts of my vist.
