  Worst service ever! I got some film developed, and they completely ruined the film. When I complained about it one staff member (who clearly didn’t have a clue what he was talking about) was very rude and told me it’s my fault for over exposing the film. I am a professional photographer and it was obvious that the problem was the developing and not the exposure time. The film had been exposed to light, and looks like it’s been developed using old developer. Another member of staff apologised and agreed it was the developing so I got a refund - that however doesn’t solve the problem that the film is completely ruined! Also I’ve never seen a negative with so many scratches, marks and left over developer on it. It’s really not hard to clean a negative but they clearly didn’t care at all! Very disappointed and won’t ever go back!
