  I origonally said, NOW CHANGED: I had a very bad experience with Hughes several years ago and now finding that the staff of that time no longer work there and having chatted to Carl the new manager I feel happy enough to recommend this store. BUT UPDATE BEWARE: It seems that with Carl the accent is now very much in tune with trying to make new customers happy, and come back again when they are thinking of buying another appliance OR SO I THOUGHT. I said well done Carl I will look in next time I need to replace any of my appliances. SO, VERY IMPORTANT UPDATE: I went into the shop and enquired about a particular fridge-freezer on Friday 23rd March 2018 that I want to buy from some retailer and guess what OMG!!! THE OLDEST TRICK IN THE BOOK WAS TRIED ON ME WHEN THE SALESMAN TOLD ME 'I have got the same one myself'. That is supposed to inspire people to feel confident and buy. USUALLY JUST A CHEAP AND UNDERHAND TRICK!!! Buyer beware of such snake like sales patter!!!
