  I had never used Halfords at Ipswich before but was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They kept me informed on all the work that was being carried out and asked my permission before it was done. They showed me the paperwork of the tests that had been completed on the car and where it was on the Traffic Light system they use, red, amber and green. The female receptionist made me feel comfortable as a woman asking for work done to the car. The first time I left my car to be looked at, I received a parking ticket for the site, but ringing Halfords, they assured me that the fine would be zeroed, and it was. I would use this service again.
