  A truly excellent experience, looked after from the moment I arrived (as was the car), until it came time to leave. I have had a few days now so as to think just how the service and attention to detail could possibly be improved but frankly, I can't think of anything at all. Victoria, the Senior Service Advisor is a delight and excellent at what she does. She wasted no time in keeping me updated regularly throughout the process, and the coffee that she more than periodically came up with, was wonderful too. All the staff that I had any contact with at all however briefly, were great also. What's not to like? I'm happy to look forward to the next time....

  It’s an exciting experience buying a new car and at Cooper Mini Ipswich you really get the feeling that the team are as excited as you are and really love Minis too. This is our second time and this time we were looked after by Adam Harrod who was extremely helpful in finding us our perfect Mini Cooper which we both love, although my husband hasn’t had much of a look in yet as it’s such a great drive. Thanks guys.
