I had my car serviced here today and was very disappointed to find that it had not been washed and cleaned inside as it had been promised. I complained to the service receptionist and she did everything she could to correct the mistake. Both her and the manager were so helpful. Great customer service just as you would hope to receive from a BMW dealership. Thank you.
