  Disgusting customer service Went to this florist today to pick up a few bits... got told off for not waiting next to the entrance for someone to attend to me... I have been to this shop several times and have never been informed of this and all of a sudden I am getting told off by someone... my partner also walked in after me and one of the ladies said “and here’s another one” and told him to go and wait next to the entrance not knowing we were together! You just don’t talk to paying customers like that! I appreciate an incident had happened the week before but there were no signs stating to wait at the entrance for someone to attend to you! Here’s a suggestion maybe you need to keep the door locked!!! “Reasoning of this situation” you were being plain rude! You informed me of the attack, I apologised but then my partner walked in and you were being rude about it! Maybe take some time off work if your not ready to be back at work! Talking to customers in that manner is not the done thing!
