Avoid! Highly unimpressed. The Argos "Returns, refunds & exchanges" policy is a lie. It states: "Can I return it if there’s nothing wrong with it? Absolutely! We offer a 30 day returns guarantee on most items. (We’re nice like that.)" However, they completely refused to refund me on a cd player that wasn't fit for purpose. I tried writing to the Argos head office and received this reply: "we would not be in a position to take any further action in relation to this matter". This is not good enough.
